6. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the front bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf)

7. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front suspension member bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf)

8. INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal

and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

10. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

11. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS

Torque: 140 Nm (1428 kgf-cm, 103 ft-lbf)

12. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP
13. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER  See: Hybrid Drive Systems/Battery System, Hybrid Drive/Hybrid Battery Service Switch

14. PLACE FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD
15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected  See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

16. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH  See: Starting and Charging/Battery

17. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

18. CHECK SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM

(a) Check suspension control system See: Suspension/Adjustments.

19. INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT

(a) Inspect and adjust front wheel alignment See: Alignment/Service and Repair/Front Wheel Alignment.

20. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Adjust headlight assembly See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for HID Headlight).

21. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA

(a) Adjust object recognition camera See: Cruise Control/Adjustments.

22. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Inspect the SRS warning light See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic

23. INITIALIZE ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR AND CALIBRATE TORQUE SENSOR ZERO POINT
