(d) Attach the 2 clips to install the moulding.

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL LOWER BACK WINDOW MOULDING OUTSIDE

(a) Clean the vehicle body surface.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.
(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.
(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

(b) If reusing the moulding:

Clean the moulding.
(1) Using a heat light, heat the moulding.
(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the moulding.
(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(4) Apply new double-sided tape to the moulding, as shown in the illustration.

(c) Install the moulding.

(1) Using a heat light, heat the moulding.
(2) Remove the peeling paper from the face of the moulding.
HINT: After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

(d) Attach the clip on the center of the moulding. Use the back window glass bottom edge's stoppers (left and right position setting stoppers) to

determine the moulding's front to rear position. Then attach the 2 claws and 4 fasteners to install the moulding.
HINT: As the glass bottom edge's stoppers are only for determining the moulding's position, they do not attach to the moulding.
