(a) Disconnect the S25 shade connector.
(b) Disconnect the S61 ECU connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

7. INSPECT REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear sunshade assembly See: Service and Repair/Rear Sunshade Assembly/Removal.

(b) Apply battery voltage and check the operation of the window shade motor.

OK

NG -- REPLACE REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY
OK -- REPLACE LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR SUNSHADE - REAR JUNCTION BLOCK AND BODY GROUND)
