Disengage the clamped portion of the hood lock control cable, then remove the rear end of the hood lock control cable from the hood lock
release lever in order A, B as shown in the illustration.

REMOVE LOWER INSERT
(a)
Remove the 2 bolts.
(b)
Disengage the 2 clips and remove the lower insert.
5.
INSPECT BODY ECU
