Inspect the Body ECU label and/or corner of ECU to determine if it requires replacement as shown.

6.

BODY ECU REPLACEMENT

NOTE:

Replacement is only required if the ECU fails inspection. See step 5.

(a)

Remove the 2 nuts and Body ECU.

(b)

Disconnect the 4 connectors and remove the Body ECU.

(c)

Connect the 4 connectors and install the new Body ECU with the 2 new nuts supplied.

7.

REINSTALL LOWER INSERT

Engage the two clips and reinstall the lower insert with the 2 bolts.

NOTE:

Align the lower bolt holes of the lower insert with the bolt holes in the body; tighten the 2 bolts to affix the lower insert.
