b. Using SST, torque the bolt A.

SST 09249-63010

Torque: 29 Nm (293 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.) 

HINT:  Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 inch).

c. Torque the bolt B.

Torque: 43 Nm (440 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.)

3. CONNECT PRESSURE FEED TUBE

Install a new gasket and torque the union bolt. 

Torque: 52 Nm (525 kgf-cm, 38 ft. lbs.) 

HINT:  Make sure the stopper of the tube touches the front bracket as shown in the illustration, then torque the union bolt. 

4. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH 

a. Torque the oil pressure switch to the union bolt. 

Torque: 21 Nm (210 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.) 

b. Connect the connector. 

NOTICE:  Be careful for oil on the connector. 

5. CONNECT RETURN HOSE 

Install the clip.
