Remove the 5 nuts from the underside of the hood, along with the clip.

Do NOT lose any nuts since they will be used again.

Squeeze the clip at the lower end of the center radiator grille to detach.

Detach the protector.

NOTE:

Peel off the protector by pulling it slowly, ensuring the double-sided tape lifts off the surface of the grille in one piece.
