6. INSTALL DRIVE PLATE & RING GEAR SUB-ASSY

a. Using SST, hold the crankshaft.

SST 09213-54015 (91651-60855),09330-00021

b. Clean the bolts and bolt holes.
c. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the bolts. 

Adhesive: Part No. 08833-00070, THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent

d. Install the front spacer, the drive plate and the rear spacer on the crankshaft.

e. Using several steps, install and tighten the 8 bolts uniformly in the sequence shown in the illustration. 

Torque: 83 Nm (846 kgf-cm, 61 ft. lbs.) 

NOTICE:  Do not start the engine within 1 hour after installing.

7. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION W/TRANSFER (4WD DRIVE TYPE)
8. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSY (2WD DRIVE TYPE)
