Lexus Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

a. Align the matchmark holes on the pneumatic w/ tube tank assy with the proper positions, and install it to the body with 3 bolts. 

Torque: 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.) 

b. Coat 2 new O-rings and a new plate with MP grease.
c. Install the 2 O-rings and the plate onto the height control tube No.2.

HINT:

For the removal procedure of the (type 2) tube, refer to Service Precautions; Vehicle Damage Warnings.

When the pneumatic w/ tube tank assy is replaced with new one, it does not require a new O-ring.

d. Connect a tube and a connector to the pneumatic w/ tube tank assy.

e. Install the height control tank cover with the 3 clips.

f.

Install the 4 clamps.
