Applicability

Introduction
Some customers with 2006  2008 model year RX 400h vehicles may experience a M.I.L. "ON" condition with DTC P0A78 with information codes 286
and/or 287 (Drive Motor A Inverter Performance). The inverter with converter assembly has been improved to address this condition.

NOTE

This TSIB applies ONLY if information codes 286 AND/OR 287 are present.

Production Change Information

This TSIB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Lexus Hybrid System Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 96 months or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs
first, from the vehicle's in-service date.

Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's specific complaint.
