Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair
Installation

2GR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL VAPOR PRESSURE SENSOR

(a) Install the vapor pressure sensor with the tube joint clip.

NOTICE:
*

Check that there are no scratches or foreign objects on the connecting part.

*

Check that the vapor pressure sensor assembly is inserted securely.

*

Check that the tube joint clip is on the collar of the vapor pressure sensor assembly.

*

After installing the tube joint clip, check that the fuel tube joint is not pulled off.

(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the fuel tank assembly    See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Tank/Service and Repair/Installation.
