Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor: Service and Repair
Removal

HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the accelerator pedal assembly connector.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and accelerator pedal assembly.

Avoid physical shocks to the accelerator pedal assembly.

Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal assembly.
