Removal

2GR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: MASS AIR FLOW METER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the windshield wiper motor and link assembly    See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Front Wiper

Motor/Removal.

2. REMOVE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER CAP (w/ Air Suspension)   See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Suspension Strut / Shock

Absorber/Service and Repair/Front Shock Absorber (w/ Air Suspension)/Removal

3. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Brakes and Traction Control/Hydraulic System/Brake Master Cylinder/Service

and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

4. REMOVE MASS AIR FLOW METER

(a) Disconnect the mass air flow meter connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and mass air flow meter.
