Removal

REAR SUSPENSION: REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

NOTICE:
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing    See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Service Precautions/Suspension
Control System.

2. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

NOTICE:
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the
cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX   See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected    See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER (for AWD)   See: Hybrid Drive Systems/Battery System, Hybrid Drive/Hybrid Battery Service

Switch/Service and Repair/Service Plug Grip/Removal
