Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove the 3 packings from the radiator front side.

2. Remove Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) switch for A/C cooling fan

(a) Remove the ECT switch.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the ECT switch.
(c) Remove the drain hose.
(d) Remove the drain plug.
