SEAT CUSHION WARMER DOES NOT WORK (CLOTH SEATS)

APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINS
2010-2011 Mazda3 (with seat warmer for cloth seats) with VINS lower than JM1BL*******399377 (produced before October 1, 2010)

DESCRIPTION

Some customers may complain the seat cushion warmer (A) does not work even though the seat warmer switch is on.

This is caused by a disconnected wire from stress applied to the bridge area (B) of the seat cushion warmer when seated.
