DESCRIPTION
If a two-way (CB) radio system is installed improperly or if the wrong type of unit is used, the EGI system or other vehicle systems may be affected. This
is because electronic control units can sometimes be affected by interference from such CB units. To prevent such problems, observe the following
cautions when installing a CB radio in Mazda vehicles.
1.. Keep the antenna feeder as far as possible from the control units and harnesses (at least 30 cm or 11.8 in.).

Never fasten the antenna feeder to the control unit harnesses.
