Install lower and upper timing belt cover, then the cover attaching bolts. Torque attaching bolts to 69-95 inch lbs.
21.
Install spark plugs.
22.
Install baffle plate, crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley, then the alternator and drive belt.
23.
Install A/C and power steering drive belt, if equipped, then the engine side cover.
