REPAIR PROCEDURE
On 323 4-door and all 626 except 5-door hatchback models:
1.
Slide access cover off (toward front of vehicle) of base and remove two attaching bolts. Lay stop light housing on its side.
2.
Remove old gasket and clean housing and lens. Window may be cleaned with glass cleaner, but use extreme caution not to rub too hard. Doing so
could cause damage to the defroster grid on the glass.
3.
Apply adhesive in drops about 5 mm apart in the channel of the gasket as shown in the illustration. Be sure to use adhesive sparingly.
