Antenna - Keyless Entry: Service and Repair
Keyless Antenna Removal/Installation - Advanced Keyless Entry And Push Button Start System

KEYLESS ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ADVANCED KEYLESS ENTRY AND PUSH BUTTON START SYSTEM]

Vehicle Interior, Front

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts: 

a. Upper panel (See.  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Panel

Removal/Installation)

b. Decoration panel  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Decoration Panel Removal/Installation

c. Shift lever knob (MTX)  See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Shifter M/T/Service and Repair

d. Shift panel  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Shift Panel

Removal/Installation

e. Center panel lower  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Center Panel Lower Removal/Installation

f.

Climate control unit  See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Control Assembly/Service and Repair/Climate Control Unit Removal/Installation -
Manual Air Conditioner

3. Disconnect the connector.

4. Remove the keyless antenna.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Vehicle Interior, Center

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
