Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Air Mix Actuator Removal/Installation - Full-Auto Air Conditioner

AIR MIX ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FULL-AUTO AIR CONDITIONER]

Driver's Side Air Mix Actuator

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove in the order indicated table.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Passenger's Side Air Mix Actuator

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts. 

a. Glove compartment  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and Repair

b. Dashboard under cover  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Dashboard Under Cover Removal/Installation

c. Front scuff plates  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

d. Front side trims  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

e. Upper panel  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Panel

Decoration panel  See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

g. Shift knob (MTX)  See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Shifter M/T/Locations
