2. Perform a Warranty Vehicle Inquiry using your eMDCS System and inspect the vehicle for a Campaign Label MSP28 attached either to the vehicle's
bulkhead or to the vehicle's hood. Refer to eMDCS System - Warranty Vehicle Inquiry Results table above.

NOTE:

Verify the campaign number as the vehicle may have multiple labels.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver (no thicker than 6mm), mark the shaft with tape 80mm from the tip.

2. Locate HVAC drain hole.

NOTE:

- 2.5L (4 cylinder) engine: HVAC drain hole can be accessed from the top (without lifting vehicle).

- 3.7L (6 cylinder) engine: HVAC drain hole must be accessed from under vehicle. Safely lift vehicle on hoist, then rotate right front wheel to full "left

turning" position.

3. Insert screwdriver into HVAC drain hole.

- If screwdriver goes all the way to the 80mm mark, drain is clear, inspection is complete. Proceed to "Campaign Label".

- If screwdriver does not go past 75mm, drain is not clear. Proceed to the applicable (2.5L or 3.7L engine)
