Insert a 0.40 mm (0.016 in.) feeler gauge in between the throttle lever and throttle stop screw.

Turn the throttle sensor clockwise by about 30 degrees, and then counterclockwise until the checker starts buzzing.

Insert a 0.55 mm (0.022 in.) feeler gauge in between the throttle sensor and the throttle stop screw.
10.
Confirm that the checker does not buzz. If it buzzes, readjust the throttle sensor following Step 7 to 9.
