^ For type A, B and C:

Fit a new O-ring to the gear case and install the new gear case cover to the motor. Then fix it by bending the catches as shown.

NOTE:

Pay attention to the following to prevent water leakage.

Fit the O-ring to the proper position.

Install the gear case cover without any looseness.

For type D:

Remove the remaining butyl rubber sealant completely from the gear case and install the new gear case cover to the motor. Then fix
it by bending the catches as shown.

NOTE:

To prevent water leakage, install the gear case cover without any looseness.
