Brake Pads, Replace
1.
Raise and support front of vehicle.
2.
Remove front wheel.
3.
Remove caliper attaching bolts, then the caliper, Fig. 5.
4.
Remove brake pads and shims.
5.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. If difficulty is encountered when installing brake pads, remove rubber cap from bleeder screw and connect a vinyl hose to the screw. Place
opposite end of hose into a suitable container. Open bleeder screw and press piston into cylinder using tool No. 490221600C or equivalent.
Tighten bleeder screw, then remove hose and tool.
Caliper, Replace
1.
Raise and support front of vehicle.
2.
Remove front wheel.
