DESCRIPTION
If you encounter a customer complaint pertaining to a wet floor at front passenger compartment or malfunction of the blower motor due to a burnt out

grill (lower moulding).
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Remove the right side baffle cover under the cowl grill (lower moulding).
2.
Install a new baffle cover with modified fasteners after applying 0.08 inch (2 mm) thick of repair sealant (B001 77 739) additionally onto the
originally applied sealant as shown.
NOTE:
a)
If the repair sealant (B001 77 739) is not available, use equivalent one.
b)
If the modified fasteners are not available, reuse the original fasteners applying a small amount of sealant under the fastener head.
