DESCRIPTION

There is a possibility that some 1988 626 4-Door Sedans have improper sealing around the mounting of the rear combination lamps. The results may be
water leakage in the lamps or the luggage compartment when it rains or while washing the car.

If a customer reports such leakage, you are kindly requested to disassemble the rear combination lamps and install a gasket following the procedure in
this bulletin..

To prevent this leaking condition, sealing has been changed from butyl to gasket since August 1, 1987.
