Timing Belt: Testing and Inspection
Inspect the following parts:
1. Timing belt
2. Tensioner pulley
3. Timing belt auto tensioner
4. Camshaft pulleys
5. Crankshaft pulley
Caution: The crankshaft position sensor rotor is on the rear of the pulley, and can be damaged easily.

Inspect the crankshaft pulley and sensor rotor for damage. Verify that the tips (arrows) are not broken, chipped, or cracked. Replace if
necessary.
