Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair
CRANKSHAFT PULLEY REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Loosen and position the fan shroud aside.
2. Loosen the bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt.
Caution:

A three bolt puller must be used to remove the crankshaft pulley. The use of a pry bar or other means may damage the crankshaft pulley.
4. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
1. Remove the bolt and washer.
2. Remove the pulley.
Caution:
^
The washer must be Installed on the bolt or the crankshaft pulley cannot be tightened to specifications.
5. Install the crankshaft pulley and the bolt and washer.
6. Install the drive belt.
7. Tighten the bolt.
Tightening torque: 125 - 165 Nm (12.8 - 16.8 kgf.m, 93 - 121 ft. lbs.)
8. Install the fan shroud.
