Intake Manifold: Service and Repair
Upper Intake Manifold
UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
4. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.
5. Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor and the idle air control (IAC) valve connectors.
