Bend the plastic rack as shown. This will facilitate installation.

6.

Insert plastic rack into assembly until contact is made.

7.

Have an assistant turn the radio "OFF" to retract the antenna mast into the assembly.

8.

Assemble rubber bushing and mounting nut. Tighten nut.

9.

Verify operation.
