Valve Cover: Service and Repair
VALVE COVER-RH REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the ignition coil.
3. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the RH spark plugs and position aside.
4. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector.
5. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAP) sensor connector and position engine harness aside.
6. Disconnect the vacuum line.
7. Disconnect the engine control wire harness from the valve cover studs.
8. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube.
9. Remove the eight bolts and remove the valve cover.
