Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair
POWER STEERING FLUID COOLER REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the hoses (1), nuts (2) and cooler (3).
3. Plug or cap the power steering hoses and ports.
4. Install in reverse order of removal.
5. Fill, purge and leak check the system.
Tightening torque 68 - 92 Nm (6.9 - 9.4 kgf-m, 50 - 68 ft. lbs.)
