Note

When sliding new J-clips onto the frame, be sure to align them with holes in frame.

3.

Install the crossmember using the bolts provided in the kit and torque mounting bolts.

Tightening torque

4X2 M10 bolts:

65-85 N-m (48-62 ft-lbf}

4X4 M10 bolts:

59.5-80.5 N-m (43-59 ft-lbf}

4X4 M12 bolts:

143-159 N-m (105-117 ft-lbf}

4WD vehicles only, be sure to install the provided spacers in the C-channel of the crossmember.
