Brake Pedal Assy: Service and Repair
Manual Transmission

REMOVAL / INSTALLATION 

NOTE:  When removing the stoplight switch, retain the bushing and hairpin clip. They will be required for installation.

1. Disconnect the brake master cylinder push rod.

1) Remove the hairpin clip.
2) Separate the stoplight switch and the brake booster push rod from the brake pedal pin.
3) Remove the brake booster push rod bushing.

2. Disconnect the clutch pedal master cylinder rod.
