NOTE:
Dealers should inspect their parts inventory of cruise control kits for defective cables. Any cables found within the range of suspect cables should be
returned to Mazda as defective. Subject part numbers are: 0000-66-B259, 0000-66-B309 and 0000-66-B409.
Additionally, dealers should check their parts inventory for applicable cruise control cables; part numbers ZZP1-66-311, ZZPO-66-311 and
ZZP2-66-311. If these cables are in the range of the subject cables, return them to Mazda as defective.

A.
VEHICLE INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1.
Check the vehicle for Recall Label # 80906 attached to the driver's side door. Refer to illustration.

If the Recall Label # 80906 is present and the vehicle history shows the recall as not done, contact the Warranty Department. They will update
the vehicle history.

If the recall Recall Label # 80906 is not present, inspect the Cruise Control Servo Cable using the procedure described in Cruise Control
Inspection Procedure".
B.
CRUISE CONTROL INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1.
Openhood.
2.
Inspect Cruise Control Servo type located on passenger side fender area.
