1.

Remove the snow shield from the throttle body.

2.

On some vehicles that have not been disabled, disconnect the speed control cable from the throttle-body cam.

3.

Disconnect the speed control cable from the accelerator bracket

4.

Disconnect the speed control cable from all routing clips.
