Throttle Cable/Linkage: Service and Repair
Accelerator Cable Bracket Removal / Installation
1. Remove the screws and remove the accelerator control splash shield.
2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle control lever.
3. Depress the tabs and remove the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket.
4. Remove the cruise control cable if so equipped.
5. Remove the bolts.
6. Install in reverse order of removal.
