What is the Problem?
On vehicles with cruise control, the cable may interfere with the cruise control servo pulley. This interference may not allow the throttle to return to idle
when disengaging the cruise control. If you use your cruise control and the failure occurs, it could result in a stuck throttle, with the potential for an
accident. This condition will not occur if the cruise control is not being used.

What will Mazda do?
As replacement cruise control cables are now available, your Mazda dealer will inspect and/or replace the existing cable. This repair will be done free of
charge. The repair takes about an hour, however it may take longer depending on the schedule of your dealer's service department.

What should you do?
DO NOT USE THE CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM ON YOUR MAZDA TRUCK until you have had the service performed. As Mazda is concerned
about your safety, we would encourage you to make an appointment with your Mazda dealer as soon as possible. You do not need to bring this notice to
the dealer, however it may assist the check-in process.
