AIRBAG REFINISHING APPLICABLE MODELS 1995-96 B-Series
DESCRIPTION
The covers for the driver's and passenger's air bag MUST NOT be repainted for any reason. Any paint applied to the surface of the cover may damage
the cover material.
If applied, the damage could affect the airbag performance during deployment and may increase the risk of injury during a collision.
WARNING:
AIRBAG MODULES WITH DAMAGED OR MARRED DEPLOYMENT COVERS MUST BE COMPLETELY REPLACED. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO REPAINT A DAMAGED OR MARRED COVER.
Refer to the applicable workshop manual for replacement procedures.
