Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

1.

Measure distance from upper surface of pedal pad to firewall.

2.

Height should be 8.43-8.63 inches for B2200 or 8.82-9.02 inches for B2600.

3.

If height is not as specified, adjust loosening locknut and turning the clutch stopper bolt until specified height is obtained.

4.

Depress clutch pedal lightly by hand and measure clutch pedal freeplay. Freeplay should be .024-.071 inch.

5.

If freeplay is not as specified, adjust loosening locknut and turning pushrod assembly until specified value is obtained.

6.

After adjustment, tighten locknut.

7.

Ensure distance from the floor to the center of the upper surface of pedal pad is 4.37 inches for B2200 or 4.76 inches for B2600 when clutch is
fully disengaged.
