Pull right front bumper outward in the following order and detach it from fender.
4.
Cut off front rib of bumper retainer with suitable cutters.
5.
If front bumper connector is deformed/dented, push it back in.
6.
Install right front bumper in fender in the following order.
7.
Reinstall right front bumper fastener (inside wheel well).
8.
Verify repair.
