Remove four (4) bolts holding parking brake equalizer shield; remove shield.

4.

Remove parking brake cable equalizer and adjustment nut and disconnect front cable from parking brake equalizer joint.

5.

Lower vehicle and remove center console panel.

a.

Detach clips A from console using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver.

b.

Remove pin B and tab C.

c.

Remove pin D.

d.

Remove console panel trim pieces.

6.

Remove console shifter cover.

a.

Pull panel upward and detach clips A, B, and tab C.

b.

Remove panel.

c.

Remove console side covers.
