1. Using an appropriate pipe and a hammer, insert the rack stopper into the gear housing until the clip installation groove of the gear housing comes
out.
2. Apply 53.3 kPa (400 mmHg, 15.8 inHg) vacuum with a vacuum pump and verify that it is held for 30s.

If the vacuum is not held, replace the oil seal.

1. Assemble the oil seal (upper side) using the SST.
