ABS Main Relay: Testing and Inspection

Removal/Inspection/Installation 

NOTE: The ABS relay contains the fail-safe relay and the motor relay.

1. Cruise control actuator
2. Connector
3. ABS relay

Inspection
Fail-safe relay (including harness to ABS CU)

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the ABS control unit connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON.

ABS

ABS/TCS

3. Connect terminal 2J [2B for ABS/TCS] of the control unit connector to a ground.

4. Check the following points.
5. If not as specified, inspect the wiring harness and the fail-safe relay.
