Idle Speed Control Unit: Description and Operation

Description

The idle speed control unit consists of two integral sub components that can be tested separately but only replaced as an assembly.

Sub components:

BAC Valve (provides cold fast idle)

Idle Air Control Valve (enables ECM controlled idle speed)
