Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection
Resistance Test
Resistance Inspection
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the fuel injectors to perform the following procedures.
1. Disconnect the fuel injector connectors.
2. Measure resistance of the fuel injectors by using an ohmmeter.
Resistance: Approx. 13.8 ohms (20°C (68°F)
3. If not as specified check continuity of the harness and check for poor connection. If the harness is OK, replace the fuel injector.
