Installation

1. Install front shock absorber, then lower spring seat.
2. Compress coil spring using suitable spring compressor, then install each spring so lower coil is seated on step of lower seat.
3. Install bound stopper and upper spring seat.
4. Install mount so flexible hose bracket of shock absorber faces front of vehicle, Fig. 12.
5. Temporarily tighten nut, then remove spring compressor and verify lower coil of spring is seated on step of lower seat.
6. Secure mount in suitable vise, then tighten nut to specifications.
