Heater Core: Service and Repair
Removal / Installation
1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the dashboard.
3. Remove the cooling unit.
4. Remove in the order shown in the figure.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
Disassembly / Assembly
1. Disassemble in the order shown in the figure.
2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly. Do not apply extra grease to the links.
