All 1995-1997 Millenia models with a VIN of JM1 TA22**V1 308609 or lower

DESCRIPTION

Unusual odor may occur when the A/C is on.

Unusual noise may occur when the blower motor is operating.

Dead leaves or other debris enter the notch on the front fender (passenger side), and are sucked into the blower unit, causing unusual noise when the 
blower motor rotates. Debris also collects in the cooling unit and may become rotten due to moisture. As a field countermeasure, a rubber seal is applied
to the notch on the front fender (passenger side). When you encounter a customer complaint on this concern, apply rubber seal according to the
instructions in this bulletin.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1.

Use isopropyl alcohol to wipe moisture, grease and dust off the rubber seal application position.

2.

Apply adhesive backed rubber seal as shown in the illustration.
